TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Campaign Overview
ASIA LIVE –Spend & Win campaign (“the Promotion”) is organised by the Asia Live Organising Committee (“the Organiser”) to encourage shopping and retail spending in the Haymarket precinct. Shoppers who make purchases during the festival period will be in a lucky draw to win a share of cash and prizes to the value of $10,000.
2. Promotional Period
The Promotion runs from Friday, 3 April 2026 to Saturday, 19 April 2026 at midnight (11:59PM) (AEST). Only receipts dated within this period will be accepted.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all individuals all ages. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Organiser, participating retailers, or sponsors are not eligible to enter.
Purchases must be made at retail outlets located within the Haymarket precinct, NSW (see map attached).
4. How to Enter
Participants can submit eligible receipts from purchases made within the campaign period.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. The draw will be conducted by the promoter. The winner will be announced on 27 April 2026 via the asialive.au social media and will also be contacted directly via SMS, WhatsApp, or direct message (DM) using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
6. Prize Conditions
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify all submitted receipts and disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, or deemed fraudulent. Winners may be required to present original receipts and identification for verification before receiving their prize.
Unclaimed prizes after 30 days after announcement may be forfeited.
7. General Conditions
The Organiser reserves the right to make final decisions on eligibility, receipt validity, and prize allocation. The Organiser may substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or misplaced receipts. By entering, participants consent to the Organiser using their name, image, or likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during this Promotion will be used only for administering the campaign and related marketing communications, in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
